This place is the best. Stephen presented me with what I initially came in for, but then followed up with additional recommendations based on body size of my truck and what I was looking for… ultimately, went with bigger tires and a leveling kit and couldn’t be happier with the personal touch that satisfied my needs AND wants for now and in the future. Now I recommend all my friends and family to this shop. Pricing is fair, but hard to find a shop that truly listens to what you want and confidently / accurately recommends additional services and products that could benefit or achieve your end desire! The new crew are fantastic! They diagnosed my engine light and replaced my filters when we did the oil change! We had bad brakes and the price they did them for was half of what I expected!!! I highly recommend this location!!

Fantastic service. I’ve used these guys more than a few times and they are always very accommodating. We had some tires installed to some new wheels and they took the time to make sure those expensive wheels were well taken care of. I fully recommend the guys at SpeeDee above ANYONE else I the area!After calling 7 other local auto repair places getting much larger estimates and being told DAYS worth of work; we found SpeeDee where we got in $200 less than the cheapest quote but also only took 3hours!The guys at SpeeDee are incredible!If you're looking for affordable, quality work by a great bunch of guys then SpeeDee is the place to go!Sincerely a very happy and grateful couple from Ohio!

Made an appointment for suspected brake/rotors issues. Quick and efficient, they shared with me the brakes were all good. It was a uneven worn tire where I couldn't tell was causing the wobble. I highly recommend this company. I went in a few weeks ago because my brake pads needed replacing and my back tire had shredded while driving. Not only did Brandon give me $100 off the value of the work needed, but he made sure that everything was taken care of on the same day. From the oil change to engine trouble, Spee Dee oil change never disappoints. I'm so grateful to have found this shop of honest and helpful mechanics who are always fair with prices. Brandon is incredibly helpful and so dedicated to good service for his customers that he has gone so far as to drive to our home on what was supposed to be his lunch break to help with door that would not close while it was drizzling out. I cannot say enough good things about this shop!

Wrote a review a couple of days ago but couldn't remember the guy's name that was so helpful. Jared was the one that helped me after I came back to get a copy of my invoice and he answered all of my questions regarding the work done on my brakes. He went out of his way to make sure everything seemed normal after I expressed concerns about lingering noise and feel, and offered to do an in-depth check even though it was a very busy day (I declined due to my own time constraints). I left feeling reassured about my service, I've been coming to this location for many years and this was the only time I had any issue whatsoever and it was resolved effectively.

These guys have it figured out . No pressure sales tactics, they tell you what you need and when you will need it . Brandon and his team are fantastic , they really get customer service . They build trust with the customer by being transparent and explaining everything in detail . You have to have a high level of trust with you mechanic and Brandon gets that . Great operation.
